The pieces of this album have been created in the last 3 years.
3 years that brought me crises, illness and big changes into my life: chronic pain, separation, relocations and a new love.

All pieces were created spontaneously, some almost casually in particularly intuitive moments and continue to accompany me daily. They are reliable, healing islands of peace and security in turbulent times.

They have the power to lead us deep into our hearts, in our souls and to unconditional love.

They can help to connect with our very own source of wisdom and find answers to pressing questions and problems in a state of meditative mindfulness.

Or they just relax us and provide us and our surroundings with new energy.

Die Stücke dieses Albums sind in den letzten 3 Jahren entstanden. 3 Jahre, die mir Krisen, Krankheit und große Veränderungen in mein Leben brachten: chronische Schmerzen, Trennung, Umzüge und eine neue Liebe.

Alle Stücke entstanden spontan, fast beiläufig in besonders intuitiven Momenten und begleiten mich weiterhin täglich. Es sind verlässliche, heilsame Inseln der Ruhe und Geborgenheit in turbulenten Zeiten.

Sie können helfen, sich mit unserer ureigenen Quelle der Weisheit zu verbinden und in meditativer Achtsamkeit Antworten auf drängende Fragen und Probleme zu finden.
